After a long struggle, our leading PvE-progress raid team, Blue Blood will be disbanded next Monday after we have had our last raid on Sunday.
There are several reasons why things came to this, of which two are worth mentioning: lack of leadership of the team and the constant recruiting which left BB a bit crippled gear-wise thus making progress in Sunwell slow. If you are a TFA-member you can read more descriptive story from our forums.
Our officers thank everyone who have made our raiding possible in TBC (and over the years) and we wish good luck to every BB-members!
OffSpec however still remains and they are progressing in Mount Hyjal at the moment. So keep on looking possible recruitment post if you are interested.

Currently Blue Blood is looking for a Feral Druid, Resto Druid and Protection Paladin.
We are currently farming BT and Hyjal in below 9h in total which is for us just under 2 raids leaving us with 2 raids a week to stick our fingers up our asses and wait for Sunwell, this hasn’t really happened to us before except for some time after BWL was on farm but at that time we farmed BWL with our alts while waiting for AQ to open.

One of our long time raid members a feral druid will be taking some time off raiding to push trough the last part of his education.
We have considered various ways to fill this slot.
So if you are a skilled Hyjal attuned player (Warrior, Druid, Hunter or Rogue) who is free to play with a virtually 100% attendance on monday, wednesday, thursday and sunday from 18-23 please contact Eldegast at http://forums.frozenalliance.net/
X-realm applications will also be considered. We want a long time member, if you are already thinking of quitting the game don’t bother. Most of our members have been with us for years and we want to find a friend who will stick with it trough thick and thin.

Blue Blood tonight just moments ago defeated the legendary Illidan. It seems we are keeping with the tradition of killing THE end boss of the game just prior to Christmas. Last December we brought down the Four Horsemen and a year before that in December we defeated Nefarian, the son of Neltharion. Also keeping with tradition of notable loot we got our first Glaive tonight, this Legendary blade went to our friendly night elf backstabber Elinyah.

After re-clearing BT we had a second chance, our first tries were ruined by instance server crash but this time we had luck on our side and defeated the council without much trouble. After our brief moment of victory we proceeded to do a few tries on Illidan and we will start tomorrow on him more seriously. Let’s see how long it takes. Can’t be very hard or can it ?

We got our last HoD yesterday evening and finally had enough to craft shadow resistance gear for 24 players. Tonight we went and killed the Mother it was much easier than I expected waiting for the HoDs kind of built up the anticipation of some grand fight and in the end it was a bit mild but atleast the cockblock is removed and we can continue. We were just about to start on the Illidari Council when the instance servers crashed let’s see if we can still go and have a try or two on them before the raid is over. If not there is always next week. We’ve will finally have next week a clean week with no new shiny recruits and everyone attuned so we can focus on what we want.
Illidari Council will soon follow Shahraz and we can start on Illidan and prepare for the Sunwell.
